Refund policy
We do our best to provide our customers with the highest quality products. But sometimes life happens! Rest assured though that we will do our very best to resolve any problems in a very timely manner. We care about you and are committed to offering exceptional customer service.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have seven days after receipt to request a refund. After that time, we are unable to issue a refund (unless you received the wrong variety, see below).
Dahlia Tubers
We guarantee our tubers to have at least one viable eye and be true to variety. If you find, when your tuber blooms, that it isn't true to the variety, please notify us and we will issue a refund for the tuber cost. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of confirmation.
Order Cancellations
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs associated with each transaction, any cancelled order will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Wreaths
We cannot accept returns on wreaths. Please read the item details before purchasing and note the size measurements. The wreath you are purchasing is the actual wreath pictured. We do our best to capture the true colors as best we can. If you wreath is damaged during shipping, please let us know immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue by either issuing a refund or sending a replacement. We will take care of any issues promptly and issue refunds within 5 days of confirmation.
